  • Q1. Are there any cargoes that you cannot handle?

    Based on IATA (International Air Transport Association) regulations, there are some items that we cannot handle.
    Please refer to the list of items that cannot be handled.

  • Q2. How do you calculate the freight charge and the volumetric weight?

    The freight cost is calculated by comparing the actual weight and the volumetric weight, whichever is heavier.
    【Actual weight】The actual weight of the shipment, including all contents, packing materials, etc.
    【Volumetric weight】Weight calculated by converting the volume of the shipment as 1 kg per 5,000 cm³.
    ※5,000cm³/kg is IATA's standard volume.
    Calculation method

    Volumetric weight (kg) = Length (cm) X Width (cm) X Height (cm) / 5,000 (cm³/kg)

    volumetric weight(kg) = Length(cm)ＸWidth(cm)ＸHeight(cm) 5000

  • Q3. What do I need to prepare when shipping a package?

    please be sure to prepare an invoice (indicating destination, name of item, material, quantity, and unit price) and a packing list. Customers sending shipments are requested to attach one copy of each of the above documents to the exterior of each shipment.
