Regarding Import Cargo
  1. In overseas areas where our own delivery staff cannot visit, our affiliated domestic shipping companies will pick up the cargo.
    If you use a shipping company other than our affiliated company, you will be charged separately for the domestic transportation fee in China.
  2. At the time of import customs clearance in Japan
    If the total amount of customs duties and consumption taxes is less than 12,000 yen, a handling fee of 600 yen plus tax will be charged.
    If the total amount is 12,000 yen or more, a handling fee of 5% of the total amount of customs duties and consumption taxes (excluding consumption tax) will be charged separately.
    ※If you use the dedicated bank account transfer system (NACCS dedicated account), "Real-time account transfer", etc., the above replacement fee will not be incurred.
  3. If the importer's name is different from the actual recipient's name, please contact our Customer Service Department in advance.
  4. In the event that proof of approval by other laws and regulations is required, it will not be within the normal lead time range.
  5. When customs inspections and drug-sniffing dog inspections are conducted, it will not be within the normal lead time range.
  6. If you wish to file an valuation declaration, a fee of 5,500 yen/each will be charged.
  7. If you wish to file an amended return, a fee of 8,000 yen per return (for your own return) will be charged.
  8. In case of content inspection, a fee of 5,000 yen/hour will be charged.
  9. In the event of destruction, we will charge the actual costs incurred.
  10. If you wish to have your cargo delivered by charter service after customs clearance, a charter fee will be charged.
    ※Please contact our customer service in advance if you wish to use this service.
  11. If the freight or tax for import shipments is designated as cash on delivery and there is no account in Japan, delivery will be made by cash on delivery.
    Please note that this may result in slower than usual delivery speed.
  12. For parcels weighing 5 kg or less, 500 yen will be added to the freight charge.
  13. For shipments to Okinawa and remote islands, 60 yen/kg (minimum 3,000 yen) will be charged
  14. Domestic delivery in Japan, a delivery address change fee will be charged if the delivery address is changed.
    700 yen + tax for one destination, 400 yen + tax for the second and subsequent destinations
    　e.g.) If you want to change 3 boxes from destination A to destinations B, C, and D → 756 + 432 + 432 = 1,620 yen
    　e.g.) To change 3 boxes from destination A to destinations B, C, and D → 700 + 400 + 400 = 1,500 yen + tax
  15. Domestic delivery in Japan, a delivery date specification fee of 700 yen plus tax will be charged.
  16. If you wish to specify a shipping company for domestic delivery in Japan, we will charge you 700 yen plus tax as a handling fee for specifying a shipping company.
  17. If you wish to have the invoice/invoice removal after customs clearance of imported cargo, the following fees will be charged.
    　2,000 yen per item + tax (1,000 yen for each additional 10 or more invoices + tax for each additional 10 invoices)
    　e.g.) 1 case / 1-9 pieces = 2,000 yen + tax, 1 case / 10-19 pieces = 3,000 yen + tax, 1 case / 20-29 pieces = 4,000 yen + tax
    ※Cargo to be removed from the box must be domestic cargo. We will not compensate for loss of contents.
    ※There is a possibility of delay in the normal delivery date due to removal work.
  18. If you wish to have the invoice replaced at import customs clearance, a fee of 1,000 yen per item will be charged.
  19. If you use the tariff quota system, a fee of 3,500 yen per case will be charged.
  20. The storage period is free of charge for 5 days (including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays), starting from the day the flight arrives, and the following storage fees will be charged from the 6th day.
